


If this is what happened to you, here is a quick fix to ensure it doesn’t happen again or fix Chrome to have it properly applying anti-aliasing to smooth out the font.įirst, when connecting to a terminal, check the “Font smoothing” setting under the Experience tab. Trying restarting Chrome doesn’t solve the problem. After a few splash, the screen would look normal again, except sometimes all the text fonts in Chrome still remain choppy. Your screen might flash for a brief second and adjust to a new native resolution etc. If you have used Window’s remote desktop, you might’ve noticed that after a remote desktop session (RDP) ends and log back into the physical machine some of the text fonts will look very rough.
